Pricing communicated to you applies to standard residential installations as described in your quote. Unusual site conditions, non-standard plumbing configurations, or additional equipment requested by you may change the final price, which we will communicate before work proceeds. A quote becomes a binding agreement when you accept it and sign the accompanying service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Dakota.
